STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This statement is founded on the understanding and firm belief
that man’s ultimate purpose is
to Glorify his God and Creator “…in Jesus Christ our Lord,
in whom we have boldness and access
with confidence through faith in him.” Eph. 3:12
To achieve this goal the Holy Bible is man’s supreme and
final authority in faith and conduct.
Within this framework the leadership of TDS will strive for the following:
To provide a secure place for People to apply themselves in their careers and achieve their desired level of fulfillment.
To provide an environment conducive to personal and corporate growth and prosperity.
To recognize and reward equitably for effort and achievement.
To require integrity and promote professionalism.
